Meet the Founder
Jenn Rossi founded Northline Advisory to provide experienced, practical financial leadership to businesses and nonprofit organizations. With more than 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and operations, Jenn has supported organizations across professional services, higher education, healthcare, renewable energy, nonprofit management, and government-funded programs.
Her experience includes financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, payroll, grant and contract management, internal controls, process improvement, system implementation, and Controller- and CFO-level leadership.
Jenn’s approach is grounded in clarity, integrity, and partnership. She works closely with each client to understand their goals, strengthen their financial operations, and provide information they can confidently use to make decisions.
